Dr. Laura Cargnin

I am an educator, a coach, and a lifelong learner who believes that real well-being starts from within. After nine years in the corporate world as an Agile coach, helping teams grow and transform, I realised I wanted to support people in a more personal and meaningful way.

​

While teaching Agile I often used a health metaphor, and one day I understood something important. If health can explain Agile, Agile can also improve health. This insight brought together my work and my passions. I am a fitness trainer, I study nutrition science, and I care deeply about mental well-being, so guiding people in their health felt natural.

​

I created the Effective Self Improvement Workbook, tested it, refined it, and saw how useful it can be. I also realised that knowledge alone is not enough. People need guidance, support, and accountability.

​

This is how Equanima was born. It comes from my own journey of finding balance, purpose, and presence. Today I help people reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, nourishing food, and self-awareness. My approach blends science, empathy, and real experience. Equanima is my way of sharing the idea that every transition can become the beginning of something meaningful.
